Colorado Springs is home to the United States Air Force Academy. Drawing over one million visitors a year, the Academy features a 2 1/2 hour self guided tour of the vast grounds. The US military is one of the largest employers in Colorado Springs.

The Georgetown Loop Railroad offers tours filled with stories of history. The regualr tour is one hour and a half long. There are restrooms available at each stop throughout the tour but not aboard the train.
